Dehydrator Sheets, Tray Liners and Mesh Screens: 63 Rated

Top dehydrator accessories in brief

The best-rated dehydrator accessory on our site is the Cosori Food Dehydrator Accessories mesh screen sheets for 6 trays, at 9.4/10 review-based. It is made for the Cosori CP267-FD and has 1,927 Amazon customer ratings averaging 4.7, and it is also the #1 pick in our dehydrator trays and accessories ranking.

Second comes the BPA-Free Nonstick Silicone Dehydrator Sheet for Excalibur, a 14x14 in 10-pack rated 9.0/10 from 1,540 ratings at a 4.7 average. Two round-tray options share third at 8.9/10: the 4 Fruit Leather Silicone Dehydrator Sheets with EDGES, sized for NESCO round dehydrators, and the Blulu 8 Pcs Round Silicone Dehydrator Sheets, which has the most Amazon customer ratings in this collection at 2,159.

A cluster of silicone sheet packs follows at 8.8/10, including the GUCUJI Pack of 5 round sheets and the DOSTK (9 Pack) Silicone Dehydrator Sheets.

How to choose dehydrator trays and liners

An accessory only helps if it fits your machine and suits what you dry. These are the points worth checking before you add a pack to your kitchen drawer.

Fit: shape, size and model

Fit comes first. Accessories in this collection are made either for round stackable machines, like NESCO models, or for square trays such as Excalibur's 14x14 in format. Several products name a specific model: the Cosori sets target the CP267-FD, one 4-piece mat pack fits both the Cosori CP267-FD and Magic Mill, and the Nesco SLD-2-6 American Harvest roll sheet measures 13.75" for NESCO dehydrators. Measure your trays before you buy.

Flat sheets vs mesh screens

Solid fruit leather sheets hold purees and sauces, while mesh screens keep small pieces such as herbs or diced vegetables from falling through the tray grid. Cosori sells both types for the same machine: the mesh screens at 9.4/10 and the Cosori fruit leather roll sheets at 8.7/10.

Edged or flat

Sheets with raised edges, like the 4 Fruit Leather sheets and the 6 Pcs sheets with edge for 14" x 14" trays, help contain liquids. Flat sheets are easier to stack and roll.

Pack size

Pack counts on this page range from 4 to 12 pieces. Match the count to the number of trays you actually fill, since a 12-piece pack only pays off on a machine with many trays. Mid-size packs rate well too: the DOSTK (8 Pack) round sheets earn 8.6/10 from 898 ratings, and a 6 Pack of silicone sheets scores 8.5/10 with a 4.7 average from 647.

Dehydrator accessory ratings table

Review-based ratings out of 10 assign 45% to the Amazon average adjusted for confidence, 35% to review volume and 20% to documented specs. An accessory with fewer than 20 Amazon customer ratings is scored on 4 listing criteria along a 4.5-8.5 scale instead.

The spread: 2 accessories at 9.0 or above, 19 at 8.0-8.9, 27 at 7.0-7.9, 12 at 6.0-6.9 and 3 under 6.0. The 32 brands include Bright Kitchen with 10 products, Cosori with 6 and GUCUJI with 5. Frequently asked questions

What is the top-rated dehydrator accessory?

The Cosori Food Dehydrator Accessories mesh screen set for 6 trays leads at 9.4/10. That review-based score rests on 1,927 Amazon customer ratings averaging 4.7.

Will silicone dehydrator sheets fit my machine?

Only if shape and size match. Round packs such as the Blulu and GUCUJI sheets suit round trays, while square sheets like the Excalibur 14x14 in pack suit square ones. Check the model named in the listing, such as Cosori CP267-FD or NESCO.

Do I need fruit leather sheets or mesh screens?

Use a solid sheet for purees and fruit leather, and a mesh screen for small pieces that could slip through the tray. Cosori offers both for the CP267-FD, rated 8.7/10 and 9.4/10.

Which accessory has the most Amazon customer ratings?

The Blulu 8 Pcs Round Silicone Dehydrator Sheets lead with 2,159 Amazon customer ratings at a 4.6 average, and they score 8.9/10 on our scale.

Are third-party sheets for the Cosori CP267-FD a good alternative?

Several makers sell liners for that machine. A 6 Pack of silicone trays compatible with the Cosori CP267-FD rates 8.4/10 from 618 ratings averaging 4.6, and a 4 PCS edged mat set that also fits Magic Mill scores 8.3/10 from 591 ratings at 4.4. Cosori’s own mesh screens (9.4/10) and roll sheets (8.7/10) carry larger rating pools, so they remain the better-documented picks, but the third-party packs are reasonable if you want a different piece count or edged mats. Confirm the tray count on your machine first.

Why are some accessories spec-based?

18 accessories have fewer than 20 Amazon customer ratings, so we score their listings on a 4.5-8.5 scale rather than buyer feedback. The remaining 45 are review-based.
